Professional, friendly. Dr. Was great. Communication was kind of confusing about when I would be seen, by whom and when. Receptionist seemed to have more of a handle on things. I didnt like how tech went out of room, came back with handheld device and did pressure readings on my eyes and then laid it down onto desk??? Aseptic technique much? Was it sterilized when she went to get it to use on me??? She also didnt wear gloves.
