Dr. David G. Is the BEST, there is no need for your firm to ask for critique. You need to stop wasting his patients time with this. What you DO need to do is to concentrate on your software development to make it easier for the staff to use. Ever since you have acquired this practice, it appears the staff have had difficulties with it. Alsoyou need to stop contacting/bothering the patients with surveys and questions and phone calls, etc. I, for one, will not be answering/participating in these interruptions. You are now put on notice that I will only answer a request for confirmation of an appointment, nothing else. Feel free to contact me ONCE for confirmation of this message.
