The techs ophthalmologists at the Brookline location are great, friendly and knowledgeable and the office is organized and clean. The person that works in the optical shop was able to repair my glasses during my visit and had lots of good suggestion on a new pair of glasses as well. I would have given 5 stars but the lady at the receptionist desk (the one near the optical shop) was not that friendly and didnt seem to know the answer to basic questions like when the optical shop opened. She could have been having an off day because normally everyone there is very good.

Ive been going to this practice for years and am happy with the doctors care, etc. However, at EVERY appointment, there is a problem with the computer. I spent an extra 20 minutes at my last appointment because of computer problems. Sorry, but this is very annoying and should not happen consistently.
