I had LASIK at Boston Vision with Dr. Melki, and overall, it was a great experience. From consultation to surgery was just one week a quick turnaround that I appreciated. The process was smooth from start to finish.One tip: if you have VSP vision insurance, make sure to ask about the discount upfront it wasnt volunteered, but once I asked, it was applied without issue and made a meaningful difference in cost.A few days post-op I developed some symptoms that had me worried about complications. Boston Vision got me in promptly for a check, and everything turned out to be fine. That responsiveness really stood out.At day 10 my vision isnt perfect yet, but Im already glasses-free and seeing well. Fully expecting continued improvement as I heal.
