Its a teaching facility so the quality of the interaction varies a bit from visit to visit, but they are pretty good overall. I like my doctor, and their equipment seems up to date. Occasionally I encounter a glitch with the front desk. For example, on my last visit on July 28, 2020, my eyeglasses rx was not filled out correctly and I had difficulty getting a complete and accurate replacement form.

Did not care for the bedside mannerof the fellow who saw me prior to Dr. Melki. She was rather unfriendly and unprofessional in her treatment.
