Front desk was so helpful, patient, informative. Always a smile. Tech I had was very precise. Check out was simple and easy. Payments, appointment and eye glass prescription printed out. Optical shop gave me some knowledge and very friendly. Only thing I noticed is what other people notice. Broken window in waiting room, with put floor in Dr . Martins room. Exam chairs in some of the room were worn and torn. I know Dr. Melki would take care of these things if he saw them. Otherwise Im proud to say I once worked there. See you next year.

Too long a wait to see the doctor after. But otherwise fine. Feels a little like a factory.

I had at least a 15 minute wait for my appointment. After initial testing was done, there was n additional 15 minute wait for doctor to come in and examine me. Office is immaculate and staff is very friendly.
