Staff were all excellent, Reception, assistants, and the doctor. However, I had to wait 40 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment. I wasnt advised of the wait or of progress towards being seen.

Dr. David Gendelman is my favorite specialist. Hes smart, kind, thorough and caring. He is 5 stars but the practice leaves an inordinate amount of messages, texts, phone calls as appt reminders...when it was Burlington Eye, it was much better.
