Dr. Brenner is definitely 5 Star! I gave 4 because....Office wait area, restroom, hallway, elevator, etc did not appear to be clean as expected, given COVID. Other medical offices I have been to recently observe much higher standards. Some staff very casual about distance, too.

Dr. Brenner and Dr. Naigle are great! They are kind and knowledgeable. They listen to you and seem to really care. The scheduling and billing departments are helpful as well. The staff at Medford are great! The front desk people at the Andover location are inconsistent. The only significant issue I have is its impossible to get in touch with anyone for a clinical question during the day. I have had a lot of eye pain and the on call during off hours is the only response I have gotten. They say they check the clinical voicemail every hour and get back to you within 24 hours.. not always true.

I had a good experience getting LASIK and PRK (one in each eye) at Boston Laser. Dr. Brenner seemed extremely knowledgeable and competent, which put me at ease. Hes clearly done a zillion of these surgeries. There was a bit of confusion in the communication between staff regarding which procedures I was having and when my appointments should be scheduled, but overall I am pleased with the experience and delighted with the results.
