Quick and easy. Check in and professionally escorted to different rooms for a thorough eye exam and a pressure test for glaucoma, before seeing the doctor himself. I received my new prescription for my glasses as well. This was my annual visit and was not aware that the office location has moved (and was not warned) so I went to the old place first but otherwise the office reminds you of your coming appointment and any referral requirement from your PCP in advance.

Good office experience. Dr. Brenner excellent.Parking problematic with significant municipal work on the roads and minimal dedicated parking
