The wait is always too long. You wait to get back to get evaluated, you wait for an optic nerve scan, and then you wait for the doctor. An appointment should not take 1 and a half hours. Wait! Wait! Wait! My time is valuable too!

Easy check in with plenty of help. Check out was not as efficient. Waited in line with only two folks behind the desk. One woman seemed to have issues in one line. All check in people went to lunch and one of the two check out people had to answer the phone which delayed check out even more.
