I was in and out quickly, because my appointment started at the stated time. Everything was friendly and thorough. However, I think that the pre-appointment info should strongly recommend those patients having diagnostic exams where the eyes may be dilated, have someone with them to drive home. I did have my own prescription sunglasses to wear, but even so there was a milky haze effect, and quite honestly I had no business driving myself in urban rush-hour traffic. I did get home okay without incident. The dilation, and milky haze, did not wear off for another three hours after the appointment ended.

My visit and previous visits has all been much the same. Goes without any real hiccups. They are a well run business. It worries me a little that their focus maybe more on proving services for fee than on quality patient care. I take nothing away from them they are one of the best opthalmologist I have visited in my 25years. Love my doctor. All the staff are very personable. The receptionists are all about business. Just getting you checked in and out. The only down part I have experienced is calling the business and getting through.
