Ive been very happy in the past with my experiences at Opthamology Associates. The staff are ALL friendly and professional, the doctors are patient and are not bothered by questions and are very forthcoming . The only reason I didnt give the office 5 stars is because today my appointment was scheduled for 9:20 am. I arrived at 9:10. Several people came in after me and were seen before me. I was not seen until until 9:57, 37 minutes after my scheduled appointment and 47 minutes after I arrived. No explanation or apology was given. I think this was just a one time thing but I was nonetheless disappointed.

Very swift process. Excellent organization. Reliable and pleasant professionals. Good job ! This TV hater nevertheless got her nerves grated by silly show broadcasted in continuum in the waiting room. Guess it was better than any news these days but absolutely NONE of the people present was watching . Strange how people cant handle a moment of quiet .
