I was seen at 11:15. My appt. Was at 9:30. That is not acceptable. My time is just as precious as the Dr. s. Also I think the Dr. should tell you if you are going to have to that refraction cost and not let you be surprised out at the checkout desk in front of the other patients. I was embarrassed! I have never had it before. As a courtesy, please let me know if I have that cost ever again! I love Dr. Margo and Dr. Iyer, they are excellent doctors and both have excellent bedside manners!! I would highly recommend them both.!!!!!!!!! Lena

I had a mixed impression I got lost in the appointment shuffle.The staff was trying to accommodate several patients that where caught in a large freeway accident that made hundreds late somewhere and although I got passed over when I finally addressed the situation Dr.Parchute made sure they could fit me in.There was no quicky exam but they took their time and did a thorough job.So all in all 4 stars.
