The check in is great, getting in at your appt time is great. The nurses and D. Nair is great. But, the young girl that I've had a couple of times that checks me out needs work on her customer service skills. One time I chalk it up to a bad day, but more than once, I consider them rude.Thank you for asking.

Ive been using Opthamalogy & Associates for years & enjoy dealing with all the staff l have encountered behind the wait room doors, especially Dr. Roberts. What l dont enjoy is the waiting room staff and the rudeness that comes from them. Ive noticed this several times. Ive been in business all my life and have always had the idea that l was blessed to have every customer that chose to allow me to serve them. That is the last impression l get from the waiting room staff when l pay my bill and schedule my next appointment. It would be nice if they could be a little more friendly.
