Would have gotten a 5 except for the really long wait time, approx. an hr. Waiting room full when I got there-no chairs. Had to wait for someone to be called back. Suggest notifying pts. when the Wait time gets to be greater than an hr.,or at least letting them know when they show up for their appointment on time. Patient's time is valuable, too.
