First off Dr iyer is fantastic, But it's basically like sitting on a city bus and being late to every stop. Nothing is on time ever. If I have an appointment at 8:00 a.m. my expectation is I will be seen at 8:00 a.m.With all the advancements in scheduling technology you really wouldn't think healthcare organizations would operate like this.
