I hope yesterday was just an unusual day as I had to wait almost an hour past my appointment time to see anyone. The tech was very nice and did apologize for the very long wait time. She said that they would dialyze my eyes on the next visit. I saw Dr. Hanh for a few minutes as he checked my eyes, and that was it.. As I said in the beginning, I hope this was just an unusual day that caused the wait times to be so long..

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.My only complaint is the appointment scheduling. We are always waiting 30-60 minutes after our appointment time. Today was a 2 hour period for the eye to be dilated and get an injection.
