The receptionist was rude and very condescending which is a bad experience for a first visit. She ordered not only me but the other patients around like she was angry to have to deal with people. She also basically called me a liar when I told her I didnt do my paperwork because it wasnt attached to the email and she said she left me a message about the web site to go to. Strange but I watched her check in several patients that also didnt get do their paperwork and she told them the same thing. After I got back to the actual clinicians they were very nice and professional. Dr Chen was great and I will definitely be back. I dont know the receptionist name but she was the only one there at the time.

Very nice place. I didnt particularly care for the time i had to stay. Almost 2 hours. I know that they are busy but it's like hurry up and wait.
