All well until I had to schedule an appointment for laser surgery for my left eye! Lady was rude! Maybe she was tired (late afternoon) had a bad day who knows but she was rude, rude, rude!

I love Dr. Margo and his staff.Today when checking in I was treated very rudely by a member of the front desk staff which is sad because I think she was a supervisor she certainly acted like she was.Tall blonde! Had a scowl on her face and when I was trying to tell her something she turned away from me, ignored me and didnt respond. SMH.

Great service from first phone call, to scheduling, to being greeted by the front desk staff, to being assessed before doctor. Wonderful visit with Dr Healy and great check out. The one issue was my RX was called into the wrong pharmacy even after confirming and calling to be sure the correct pharmacy was used.
