I had my first visit with Dr Dwayne Roberts today. He was friendly, patient, & approachablemeaning he didnt have a superior attitude. He answered my questions & was pleasant to be around. His staff was the same. They explained things thoroughly & courteouslyespecially Kim, & also the receptionist. I didnt rate with 5 stars because I did have to wait 30 minutes in the waiting room with a couple of very young children who got pretty loud & restless, going under the chairs & between rows. This wasnt the fault of the doctors office or the poor kidsthey were bored. I mention it in case the activity of restless children for a short time might be something you want to be aware of. I still recommend Dr. Roberts & will go back.

Gentle,compassionate and extremely proficient. However, I fail to understand why my care was transferred to another physician before my cataract followup was complete without any explanation
