Ive searched high and low for my vision care, and this office is the best Ive ever experienced, to the point that I drive 2 hours one way from Chicago for an exam and glasses.Ive had several experiences with different techs and optometrists here, and always been impressed with their diligence, sensitivity, and how they respectfully listen and respond to concerns.The front desk staff is polite, friendly, and efficient.Sarah in optical is the best. Shes very patient and accommodating when exploring different lenses and frames, and the only optician I trust implicitly.

My wife and eye had perhaps the best eye exam of our lives with Dr. Heilmann and his technicians. I had John and my wife had Josh. The exam was thorough and extensive. Questions were all answered and done in a professional yet friendly manner. We both recommend Dr. Heilmann without reservation!
