Personable and professional. The office operation seemed to flow without a hitch. Each staff person performed their tasks well. I am a fan of Dr Hetzer. Her demeanor and presence give me confidence in my level of care and comfort that my needs are being met.

I came to Dr. Weis with vision problems and he quickly assessed that it could be more than my eyes causing the crisis and ushered me to the ER. It was an incredible decision (one the urgent care missed) and the neurology pros spotted a serious issue and got me the care I needed. His excellent skills and inquiry into what I was feeling led to a life-saving assessment.
