This patient doctor relationship started nine months ago. What I noticed and liked and appreciated: my questions were taken seriously; explanations were clear; the seriousness of an onset of glaucoma was appreciated (as other vision exams included the puff of air test without revealing the pressure readings or their serious meanings based on my age). Due to daily drops for eight months, my pressure test numbers have dropped. I am thankful for Dr. Heilmann and and Milwaukee Eye Care (Bayside).

I went to the Prospect Office for a pre-surgical visit. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Dr. Murphy is a great clinician. He answered all my questions and alleviated my concerns.

My first visit with Dr Frame. He was excellent. Very knowledgeable, kind, explained my options so I could understand. Answered my questions. The staff was very friendly, courteous understanding and helpful.
