We were new patients for Milwaukee Eye Care, and I was looking forward to having an optometrist close to home. However, I will not be going back. I've gotten better care at Pearle Vision. Arrived 15 minutes early with all new patient forms completed for my daughter and me. We were not seen until 30 minutes after our original appointment time and there was no one else in the waiting room when we got there. This was my daughters first eye exam and was not a good experience for her. The assistant was nice and tried to make sure my daughter understood what was going on, but Dr. Weis clearly does not have the capability to take on children as patients. Why bother scheduling children if you are going to be short and rude with them and their parents. In the end I was very disappointed. I didn't expect to have the experience I did based on other reviews; the pretty website and awards Milwaukee Eye Care has received.

There were multiple delays in getting the glasses made and delivered that were due to errors or miscommunication on the staffs part. It ended up taking five weeks to receive the glasses. To top it off, they sent the glasses to the wrong location and werent ready to deliver them when I went to pick them up. Every person I talked to would say something different from the last person I talked to. Totally disorganized, very poor communication, and just terrible overall.

Bad customer service and long wait times. Have been seen twice and had to wait over 30-40 min each time before I actually saw the doctor - dont give people an appointment if the doctor isnt going to be available!
