The doctors and staff are great. The painful part is setting or changing appointments on the phone as hold times can run 5-15 minutes. It has been this way for years and is not respectful of my time.

The receptionist on the phone told me they are in my vision and medical network, the staff at the front desk told me that too. Turn out they are not. Called them and the receptionist was so rude. Didn't even cure my allergy.
