Appointments are on time, within 10 minutes. Polite and professional people. They make you feel like you count. They listen to what you have to say. Thorough exam with conversation about the exam as it is happening. I love that they remind me when I need to make my yearly appointment. A lot of people overlook their eyes. I want to stay on top of any issues. They make that happen.

Staff at Milwaukee Eye Care were very friendly and efficient. My wait time was less than 5 minutes. Dr. Heilmann is thorough, is willing to listen, has a good sense of humor while being professional, and I am confident his knowledge and experience gave me the very best eye care possible.
