I had cataract surgery which was a positive experience. I wanted multifocal lenses and paid for them. I thought the cost could have been more transparent. Since there are more than one type of multifocal lenses, I thought the choices should have been covered before the surgery, not after. I understand why the current decision was made, however it leaves me in a quandary as I still need glasses after I paid for the multifocal lenses. The option for my second eye was never mentioned, just assumed. So I am disappointed. I am hoping my vision will get better as time goes on. Overall, it was a positive experience.

I was able to get an appointment the same day for a scary condition that occurred suddenly. I saw Dr. Jay Heilmann whom I have seen before for a similar reason. As usual , Dr. Was professional and thoughly efficient in his exam of the issue. Thankfully, he was able to assure me the there was nothing wrong and that this a one of occurrence! I highly recommend Dr. Heilmannfor his ability to restore a patient's confidence! If there had been something wrong, I am sure he would handle it just as professionally!
