Miguel and Karen went above and beyond to help me find the type of glasses that I was looking for. They even contacted the sales representative so that I could see a wider selection of frames. I really appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond for me.

Excellent on all criteria - patient interaction Is easy, relaxed, respectful. Dr. Sward communicates well technical information, explanation; of procedures, options, likely effects of the procedure and possible short and long term treatment outcomes. Most importantly, though, Dr. Sward, inspires confidence and is very nice!

The reception area is very clean and sparse (Covid-19), and theyre meticulous about safe-distancing and disinfecting. The receptionists and nurses/health care assistants are professional and efficient. My wait-time to be seen was nominal. After the external eye exam and dilating drops (administered by the assistant), Dr. Edmonds does an internal eye exam and asks if I have any questions or concerns. Having been a patient for several years, Im pleased with the doctor and facility.
