I recently came to the Prospect location in search of a second opinion for the eye strain and poor vision I was experiencing with my prescription. A previous doctor told me that this was the best I should expect. As I already had a vision appointment in the last 12 months I was aware that I was going to be paying for this out of pocket. I scheduled the appointment in person, confirmed in person that I was aware I would be paying out of pocket, did online precheck in. On the day of the appointment confirmed again that I was paying out of pocket for my appointment.I waited about five minutes for my appointment to start. It started with the technician who did not talk a lot but took a lot of notes. The exam with the tech was very thorough.I then met with Dr. Denius. It was very clear in the first 30 seconds that everything I had shared with the tech had been communicated well to the doctor. I received a clear diagnosis and treatment plan that has included multiple follow up appointments at multiple Milwaukee Eye Care locations.The care from the team has been consistent and professional. I am thrilled with the results. I can see, and see well!

I had my first cataract surgery with Dr Edmonds. The entire process went smoothly and I was made comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. From the reception to pre-op to surgery to post-op were conducted with care and professionalism. I highly recommend.
