I received a thorough eye exam followed by a thorough explanation of her findings and recommendations. She then took the time to explain my options, address all of my questions and concerns and schedule me for the recommended treatment. I left the appointment feeling I had received medical treatment well above the standard of care from a highly qualified, kind and caring physician. Thank you, Dr. Sward.

Although Dr. Hetzer isnt my provider of record, I was able to see her shortly after having a vision problem that required follow-up. While assuring me that my vision was still up to par, she gave me some useful handouts to manage one aspect of the symptoms I had experienced prior to the appointment.
