Dr. Hetzer is truly a people person had made me comfortable from the outset. She anticipated most of my concerns and put them to rest she also answered my questions thoroughly and added some very helpful advice gor dealing with my aging eyes.

Both times I have had appointments with Dr. Hetzer, I have been deeply impressed by her careful and thoughtful examinations of my eyes and her willingness to think outside the box.She is warm and kind, too, and her explanations are always full and very clear. I appreciate so much the time she has taken with me.
