My appointment was at 2:15. I was not taken into to start my exam until approximately 2:50. I never left the office until 5 pm. No one ever noted the late start. I think the office needs to do a better job of acknowledging that the patients time is just as important as the doctors and his support staff. This has routinely happened over my last few appointments. Perhaps they are also overbooking? Additionally, my exam began with having a photo taken of my retina. I had no idea why this was being done and needed to ask several questions. Again, I feel the office had failed to communicate with me about what my exam was going to include at this appointment. The explanation given to me in response to my inquiry did answer my questions but I felt as though I had to drag the information out of them.

I love the staff their super friendly and Doctor is so nice and explains things well. Only reason why I put 4/5 stars is because the wait is horrible I had to wait about 1 hour 30min to 2 hours to see doctor for 10min. Is ridiculous how long we have to wait, I dont understand why appt if there not taken at that time. Feels to me like walk in appt.
