Very professionally-run office (both Elmhurst and Naperville). I had cataract surgery 5 months ago. I was very impressed with the attention I got on the days of my surgery. The surgery was very successful. My only negative comment would be that my office visits are very long. I spend a lot of time waiting in various rooms.

My mother has been receiving treatments from the Kovach Eye Institute for over a year now. Dr. Kovach and his staff have been great. I wanted to thank one staff member in particular: Dan. Dans very knowledgeable, kind and patient with my mother. He does an excellent job prepping her for her regular eye injections because hes gentle, thorough and makes her feel comfortable.

I was experiencing an inability to correct my vision better than 20/35 and my optometrist suggested Kovach Eye in S. Barrington as it was close by.Drs. Mateen and Saad took it from there and eventually I ended up undergoing a Vitrectomy. It was less involved than I thought and so far so good.Eventually I will need cataract surgery and as much as I was initially quite apprehensive about the Vitrectomy, I am sure Ill be back to the Kovach Eye Institute as I think they did a fine job; everyone from receptionist to technicians to doctors.

I have been a patience for many years and this is a very well run office with friendly, professional staff. Doctor Kovach takes the time to answer questions and alleviate concerns.
