The visit was good. The staff is friendly and makes good attempts to keep appointments moving along. However, Dr. Kovac tends to spend time with his patients (not a bad thing) asking questions and being informative. So he always seems to be running late. But because he is so helpful and informative it is difficult to be upset over wait times. Each patient gets his full and undivided attention.

The office manager Margaret is very personable and professional. She and her colleagues always attempt to get patients checked in and seen by the Ophthalmologist as soon as possible.
