These folks are top notch professionals. My only complaint would be the wait time. Waited almost 2 hours beyond my appointment time for a 5 minute visit with the doctor. I dont know if this is the norm for them or if this was a one time exception.

Very friendly and nice staff. Wait time wasnt too bad. Dr. Mateen is quiet and nice.The only thing I was not coming with was staff not wearing masks. I would think if youre face to face with a patient and in a small room, both patient and staff should be masked. I guess eye doctors are not considered health care? The doctor was masked. When I requested for a staff member to wear a mask for me, they did without being judgemental. Hopefully Dr. Mateen can help me.
