Everyone was professional. The only downside was that my appointment was for 4pm and they finally called me in at 4:50 pm. I got there 15 min before the appointment time as directed. So I was waiting over an hour. But if you come 15 min past your appointment time, you have to reschedule. Doesn't make sense. My time is important too.

you overbook the patients on mondays at 10 and 10:30. making it hard to find a seat in the waiting room.

These folks are top notch professionals. My only complaint would be the wait time. Waited almost 2 hours beyond my appointment time for a 5 minute visit with the doctor. I don't know if this is the norm for them or if this was a one time exception.
