I experienced an eye related urgent issue. The Elmhurst facility was able to fit me in same day. I was examined and able to schedule a corrective procedure right away. Highly recommended

The staff is great. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. What keeps me from giving 5 stars is the ridiculous wait time. Each time Im there about 1.5-2 hours but only see a medical professional for maybe 15 minutes of that time. They really need to get a handle on their scheduling process.

My visit was positive. There was a mix-up about my reporting noticeable bilateral eye pain which the doctor misunderstood because my eye exam showed minimal abnormality. At checkout the reported problems were properly addressed by the checkout staff. I was given the proper medication at no cost. Kudos to the very alert checkout staff lady who made sure the problem was addressed before I was discharged. Thank you Kovach for employing alert and caring staff who recognizes a potential problem and makes sure that the patient/client is treated safely and properly.

This practice is good. The doctors and staff are professional, friendly and seem to know what they are doing. I would give them five stars except that, in all the many times I have been here, there is always a one hour wait from the scheduled appointment time before you see the doctor. Sometimes it makes sense (dilation time, tests, etc.), sometimes not.
