The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. The reason I didnt give five stars is because I waited for an hour before Dr Goldberg came into my exam room. She offered no explanation for being so late. My time is valuable too, especially since Thanksgiving was just two days away. Ive read the other reviews and timelines seems to be an ongoing problem. I hope my next appointment the doctor is on time.

For the past three years I've been very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy that I've always received from the Dr and his staff at Kovach Eye Institute and my Doctor really cares about his patients and is very thorough. And for that I will continue services at Kovach Eye institute. They're one of the Best!

Even though I waited an hour before seeing the doctor, the pre-tests made the time go by faster. The staff was very friendly. Dr. Goldberg was very informative on my vision issue and I greatly appreciated them taking my emergency appointment so quickly.
