For the past three years Ive been very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy that Ive always received from the Dr and his staff at Kovach Eye Institute and my Doctor really cares about his patients and is very thorough. And for that I will continue services at Kovach Eye institute. Theyre one of the Best!

Even though I waited an hour before seeing the doctor, the pre-tests made the time go by faster. The staff was very friendly. Dr. Goldberg was very informative on my vision issue and I greatly appreciated them taking my emergency appointment so quickly.

Everyone was professional. The only downside was that my appointment was for 4pm and they finally called me in at 4:50 pm. I got there 15 min before the appointment time as directed. So I was waiting over an hour. But if you come 15 min past your appointment time, you have to reschedule. Doesnt make sense. My time is important too.

you overbook the patients on mondays at 10 and 10:30. making it hard to find a seat in the waiting room.
