Im losing my vision in one eye. Its no fun. This place is usually very busy which is a good sign, right? If I had one specific complaint, they could prescribe weed for glaucoma. But they do not as they are likely beholden to big pharma, so they should lose a star or two for that. Dr. Kovach manages to show empathy on a very tight schedule--like I said, this place is busy. To that point, get an early appointment in day because they are usually running behind schedule. Buckle in: every appointment is going to be at least a couple hours. Not sure if there are any efficiencies that could improve that because of workflow necessities. Now that I think about waiting, they could probably get new waiting room chairs, sink pretty low in some of them. :) Seriously, it is time for new chairs, this place prints money, you can afford it.
