Dr. Goel and his team are extremely professional and knowledgeable, from the consultation to the procedure to the follow up call afterwards. I got the SMILE procedure at 10:30 am yesterday and I am writing this review just under 20 hours later seeing about %90 better then I ever have. Truly a life changing experience. I dont even know where to begin. Everything was excellent from the first contact via email to the online consultation to the in person consultation and surgery. Every single person I came in contact with was cheerful, progressional, personable, friendly, I could go on and on. Dr. Goel was amazing! He is genuine and I can tell he enjoys his job and it comes out in his enthusiastic manner. And can we talk about his soothing voice for a second? Lol Definitely saved my nerves during the procedure. Im so glad I found Dr. Goel and his wonderful team. He called me the evening after my surgery to check up on how I was healing. Is he human or an angel sent to fix the eyes of Gods children ?! (I think choice B) Anyway, I would give him 10 stars if it were an option.
