EDIT for PROCEDURE review: still 5 stars! I had the SMILE procedure done on 12/22. I couldn't have been the easiest patient, but the procedure happened exactly as described to me in the consultation. Dr. Goel was verbally reassuring me every moment (which is something I needed to have happen), and even though I was a ball of nerves, I was in and out in 10 minutes. Dr. Goel called that evening to check on me as well.I saw Dr. Liggins today (12/29) for my 1 week post-op, and have 20/20 vision. Of course, I had tons of questions for Dr. Liggins which he patiently answered as well. 5 stars all around! Will recommend Goel Vision to anyone who asks!Consultation review: Easily scheduled over the web. I arrived a few minutes late for my appointment, but receptionist was very nice. I completed a few questionnaires, and went back with Patrick for tests to see if I was a fit for vision correction. What you need to know about me is I am an anxious over thinker and I don't like surprises of any sort. Patrick was patient, compassionate, and professional and was sure to explain everything he was going to do before it happened. He waited until I was comfortable before moving forward. I peppered both him and Dr. Goel with questions- and there was an explanation and answer for them all! After the tests were completed, Dr. Goel himself (!) came in to speak to me. He explained all of my options and gave his professional expert opinion on what one would be best for me. I NEVER felt like I was being rushed, they wanted to be sure I didn't have any questions and encouraged me to call if there was something I had forgotten to ask. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering laser vision correction- there was no pressure to sign up for the procedure and everyone on site was super kind. I truly felt that their priority was that *I* was going to make the best decision for *me*.PS the reason why I chose Goel Vision was because of recommendations from my immediate community, as well as reviews I have seen. I am pleased to say that I agree with them, and Dr. Goel and his team deserve all of the praise they are getting!

Professional staff, quick/efficient visits, overall wonderful experience. Dr. Goel was great and made me feel totally comfortable during the entire procedure. Highly recommend to any folks considering getting SMILE done!

Amazing! Ive been wearing strong glasses since the age of 5 and now have 20/20 vision! Everyone was fantastic, from the front desk, to the techs, to Dr. Goel (SUPER AMAZING). I had SMILE and the procedure took less than 5 minutes. Easy recovery - just a week of eye drops! My only regret is not doing it sooner. If youre thinking about getting any kind of corrective eye surgery, Just Do It!!! But dont just go anywhere, go here!!I had a consult somewhere else and got a bad vibe this place gets 20 stars!
