My entire experience at Goel Vision from beginning to end was PHENOMENAL!! When I went in for my initial exam, Crystal handled all of my testing. Let me just say, she is wonderful! So friendly, comforting and really personable. She explained that she worked with Dr. Goel at Lasik Plus for 15 years and when he left, she followed. She said she doesnt ever want to work with any other doctor. That was very reassuring. I then met with Dr. Jo, who went over all of the options I had and she was very thorough and super friendly as well. Everyone made me feel so at ease that I ended up asking if they could perform my survey that same day in the office and they were able to fit me in!! Dr. Goel was also wonderful! He re-ran a few of my tests to ensure everything with my numbers was accurate before performing the surgery, they put on my choice of music in the surgical room to help me feel comfortable and he talked me through the entire procedure. I was amazed at how easy this procedure was (I ended up doing the SMILE procedure) and I could already see so much better as soon as I sat up! I literally felt nothing the entire procedure, no pain, no discomfort, nothing!! I was super anxious for no reason and if I could go back in time I would have done this way sooner! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Goel and his staff. They are truly wonderful. You will not be disappointed!!

From scheduling the initial consult to follow-ups, the team at Goel Vision is absolutely excellent. Dr. Goel did a thorough job of reviewing images of my eyes with me, and explaining my available options. He answered all of my questions regarding the different procedures, pros/cons, recovery time, etc., allowing me to make an educated decision on which procedure to proceed with. I opted for SMILE, which the front office staff was flexible in scheduling to fit my work schedule.Dr. Goels calm and cordial demeanor throughout the procedure ensures that youre in good hands. His follow-up call the same day to make sure everything was okay was a great touch, and shows that he really cares about his patients. One week out from my procedure and SMILE has been life-changing. No more waking up and stumbling around in the dark to put in contacts! Absolutely the best. It is rare to find an amazing provider who is not only great at what they do but also has a wonderful "bedside" manner. You get it all with Dr. Goel! I'm only sad that I didn't do the procedure sooner!
