I used MSS Electric to install plug-in (or balcony) solar at my home. All the planning was done online. A picture of where the installation was to take place and my overall goals for the project were enough to get started. A few painless back-and-forth emails and the project was planned and a price quoted.I thought it was a fair price and accepted and an installation date was scheduled. The installation crew was quick and efficient and the job was completed quickly. They even cleaned up! A nice touch I was not expecting. Very nice people to work with.

Couldnt ask for a better overall experience!! From the initial contact all the way to installation and activation!! Straight forward and I had no questions unanswered!!You have to ask yourself, Would I finance an installed solar panel system if the monthly payment for the system is lower than what I presently pay for electricity? Not lease, not a gimmicky contract, just a loan with a fixed payment. If electricity rates go up the savings are even more because it is a fixed loan. The quote is free, so why not investigate?And a 30 year guarantee!! Dont believe those that dont have solar panels, ask those that do.

MSS installed solar panels along with inverter and battery for our off grid camp. Phil and his crew were very efficient and courteous. The entire crew worked together and knew what had to be done. When they left the site was clean and you wouldnt even know they were there. Once they were done we had MSS electricians come in and wire our camp and upgrade some old wiring. Connor and Trenor listened to what we needed to have done, again they were efficient and courteous and the site was clean and wired the way we wanted. Both the Solar crew and Electricians gave us a date and time and were always there when they said they would be. I would highly recommend MSS.

I can only say that my wife and I are extremely please with the entire process of purchasing through installation of our solar system. Maine Solar Systems has kept us up-to-date every step of the way. The Teams is personable and knowledgeable about all the permitting. The installation Team did a fantastic job - very neat and clean. They used Enphase equipment which is made in the U.S.A. They only needed one day to install our system and then walked us through it. We would like to thank Peter and Delano for their assistance! Our solar panels and battery backup went live in June and I couldnt be happier! , Although we are blocked from getting direct sun later in the day, we still get eight or nine hours of good sunlight, enabling a good buildup of energy stockpile during the day and battery usage during evening hours.We have had a couple of outages but had we not gotten a text we wouldnt have noticed.System is running fine, a major asset to the house . Panels are virtually invisible on the roof
