Maine Solar Solutions has been a joy to work with during the whole Solar process. It was a bit tricky due to the fact that the State was in a transition phase from Gross to Net metering. They were very helpful in getting me updates throughout the process and worked with me to find the right system and orientation that would fit my roof. Professional and friendly; easy to work with. Had 2 separate systems installed; one with battery backup and one without. The battery system had a few glitches that had to be worked out, but they continued working on it till it worked perfectly. Lost power recently for about 4 hours. Worked flawlessly. The other system was without a battery backup. Never had a single issue with it.I highly recommend this company. They are very flexible for modifications to the contract. They were extremely responsive and answered all of my annoying questions. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with any company that I've hired for any job.

I was very satisfied with their company. I shopped around and they had the best prices but quite a bit. They were also able to get the panels and battery installed in far less time than the other companies that submitted proposals. The team who did the installation were very professional and got the work done quickly. The explanation of how to monitor the panels' performance was thorough and easy to understand. We needed battery back up due to frequent power outages where we live. I didn't even notice that a recent outage had occurred until I heard my neighbors' generators kick on. Very nice to not have to listen to the blaring noise of a generator! I would highly recommend Maine Solar. Top notch.

The entire process was very easy and the sales rep was a pleasure to work with. He educated me on the different options for my home and helped to guide me to a solution that was both affordable and effective. The installation was seamless and the team did a professional job. It's now fun and rewarding to watch the kilowatts being produced every day on the app.

We love our solar panels and the installation was excellent. Even when we ran into issues (which we figured would happen in a 150 year old house!) Maine Solar Solutions was professional and helpful. They discovered that our roof sheathing needed to be replaced when they began to install the panels. Rather than install them on a bad roof, they called me, stopped installation, and held our place at the top of the queue while we had our roof repaired. It was a bummer, but nice to have Maine Solar on our side throughout! They look fantastic and are generating tons of power.Maine Solar also installed two heat pumps for us. They gave us a recommendation on where to install them within the house and what size to use and they have been spot on - they heat and cool the place perfectly (and are powered by our new solar array!)Great customer service and we couldn't be happier.
