The company listened to our concerns and responded readily and professionally to all our questions. we spoke with several employees at various times, yet all of them knew us and our situation whenever we talked to them. they always answered the phone!! At one point we asked if our son-in-law could join in the video chat. he was immediately welcomed, and all his questions were answered. He works in solar energy himself so knew the right questions, and was very impressed with the answers. Now that we have our installation, we are pleased with the results, and with the monitoring device on our phones, and with the follow-up from Maine Solar Solutions. we think it is a great company and would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in going solar.

I cant say enough good things about Maine Solar!My wife and I spoke with several solar installers and found the Maine Solar was substantially more reasonable than some of their competitors. The installers were professional, neat, and friendly and answered all my questions. The office staff guided me through the process of securing the necessary agreements with CMP, letting me know which documents needed my attention and which were informational only. And the App provides so much data on electricity production, usage, etc. that I keep talking with my family about it and they want me to shut up about it!And my first CMP bill (which included 10 days without solar and 20 days with dollar) was $66 compared to the previous months $250.
