Really somewhere between "Meh" and "A-OK." Sounds like a good place for out of pocket procedures but, as an insured procedure patient, I'm not overly impressed. Dr. Moreira didn't show a whole lot of interest or warmth, but I was a quick in-and-out routine eye exam...and felt like it. She was OK but not very explanatory. Asked to get a prescription that I could use for progressives. She wrote it down and handed it to me but didn't explain it until I suggested an interpretation of what I saw...was I right?...yes. Well, thank you for confirming, lol. It also turns out they don't measure pupillary distance (??) so I have to pay an optometrist for that out of pocket. Why bother to come here, then, and hope to establish a relationship with a practice before anything "major" might come up in the future? Excellent front desk staff (Mary, very nice) and personable technician (James), though. I used this practice a number of years ago, before they grew as large as they are, and it was a better experience. Now that I'm middle aged, I'll need to be better about routine care, but least I know there's no real need to be loyal to this practice. :)

just went to See Dr Moreira for the first time last week. Had a full eye exam and was thoroughly impressed with her skills, the staff, and the nice office. Will go back next year!

I had PRK a type of Lasik with Dr. Moreira and it changed my life. As an active person who enjoys playing volleyball, basketball, softball, hiking running swimming contacts and glassed hindered my life immensely in hindsight considering my vision is 20/15 and I know without a doubt that this is one of the best decisions I've ever made. It's changed my life indefinitely.
