This was our (my son and my) first visit as a new patient. I went to the Quincy office in error and had to drive back to Weymouth which made me late for my appointment. I was treated very kindly when I arrived.The Weymouth office is clean, thoughtfully designed, and very welcoming.Our treatment from the Administrative Assistant to the doctor was caring and respectful. My Son was seen first and he is very shy. This is the first time he saw the eye doctor without me in the room with him. I noticed he was relaxed and confident when he came out of the exam.When it was my turn Dr. Ng purposefully and calmly explained in detail the health of our eyes. She took the time to show what my old prescription looks like vs my new prescription. Dr. Ng has a wonderful sense of humor and great bedside manner.I am very pleased that she is our new eye doctor.
