1/2 hour in the waiting room and the if I didnt speak up it would have been longer, and that was with a scheduled appointment.

Dr. Moreira was professional and considerate prepping and for my surgery 18 months ago. She mentioned that no question afterwards is too small, call about anything. I was having an issue and the staff I talked to was rude and treated me like I was neither intelligent nor aware of what normal should be. I happened to see another Dr that day for something else and they even thought my issue needed to be addressed quickly. I did see Dr. Moreira the following day and as a few others have mentioned, felt like I was wasting her time. This seems to not even fall in the category of lack of bedside manner this was more unprofessional especially after a surgery and in recovery. Procedure and eventual outcome was fantastic which is extremely important. However other doctors in the practice are friendlier.
