I was impressed with the overall experience at Nielsen Eye Center. After visiting one of the "chain" eye centers, I was disappointed with the results. I had to repeat multiple exams at my own expense, only to realize it was because they didn't perform the initial tests properly. The staff at Nielsen were very professional, and the results of the Yag laser treatment was remarkable. I won't be going anywhere else for eye care ever again!

My family and I went there because they became associated with our PCP. Their Norwell office is very rude, the staff incompetent, and the doctor pushes services you do not need while she looks at herself in the mirror! Reminded me of a car dealership and not a medical office. Its gets worse. They also billed our medical insurance for services we never received! Very sleepy office. They know what your insurance will pay for regardless. I would have never known if a matter regarding a deductible on my visit with my new eye doctor didn't expose this fraud.
